1Introduction & Applicability

Bk88th (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of the Platform, regardless of the country or device they access it from.

This agreement has been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and international gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the bk88th authority shall be considered final.

2Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• To update your account details, you will need to contact our support team and may be required to verify your identity.

KYC Verification

For security purposes, bk88th may request identity verification at any time. Withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more will typically require a copy of your national ID or birth registration certificate. Transactions will be put on hold if verification is not completed within the specified timeframe.

3Account Management

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password with anyone and avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi.

• Login Credentials: Keeping your account ID and password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Unauthorized Access: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Support immediately.
• Account Sale or Transfer: Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred to another person under any circumstances.
• Inactive Account: If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account may be declared "inactive" and a monthly maintenance fee may apply.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (Mobile Banking).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party will be returned and the account will be subject to investigation.
• Bk88th does not accept cryptocurrency or non-standard payment methods.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500।
• Maximum per single withdrawal: ৳1,00,000।
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals from verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The wagering requirement must be completed before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.

5Bonus & Promotions Policy

Bk88th offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, and the bonus may be forfeited if those terms are not met.

General Bonus Policy

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry a 15x to 30x wagering requirement. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus at 15x, you'll need to place ৳15,000 in bets before you can withdraw.
• Duration: Each bonus must be used within a set period — typically 7 to 30 days.
• Right to Cancel Bonuses: If bk88th suspects bonus abuse, it may cancel the bonus without prior notice.

Definition of Bonus Abuse

The following actions are considered bonus abuse and may result in account suspension:

• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts.
• Using only low-risk bets to fulfill bonus wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both teams simultaneously).
• Combining bonuses using accounts belonging to different family members.

6Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it is final. Bets placed in error generally cannot be cancelled. However, bk88th reserves the right to void bets in certain circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled.
• If a technical error is detected in the odds.
• If there is a suspicion of match-fixing.
• A bet offered after an event has started but displayed as pre-match.

Maximum Win Limit

7Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering or transacting under another person's identity.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.

8Responsible Gaming Restrictions

If your account is closed with a valid balance remaining, you are entitled to a refund — after the investigation is complete. To close your account voluntarily, please contact support.

10Limitation of Liability

Bk88th is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or unprocessed due to an internet connection failure.
• Issues caused by the user's own device or software.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Losses resulting from a forgotten password or unauthorized use of an account.
• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.

11Privacy & Data Protection
